What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
We cannot guarantee changes, but we’ll do our best to assist you. If you reach out to support@mutual-rytm.com as soon as possible after placing your order, we’ll try to cancel it before processing. Once an order has been forwarded for shipping, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
However, you always have the option to return your order. Once received, we’ll process a refund if the payment has already been completed.
Is the item in my cart automatically reserved?
No, adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Items are only secured once the order has been successfully placed and paid for.
Can I preorder items that are currently out of stock?
Preorders are not available for out-of-stock items. However, you can sign up for a restock notification by clicking the "Notify me as soon as the product is available again" button and entering your email address. If the item becomes available, you’ll receive an automatic email notification.
Will limited editions be restocked?
No, limited editions will not be restocked. Once they are sold out, they are gone for good.
Do vinyl purchases come with download codes?
Yes, all vinyl purchases made through our webshop include a Bandcamp download code for digital files.
Are there additional costs?
Orders within the European Union will not incur any additional costs.
Orders outside the EU may be subject to additional charges such as customs duties or taxes. These fees are not covered by us and must be paid directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options are available, and what are the costs?
All orders are shipped exclusively via DHL using the DHL Premium Service. We do not offer alternative shipping providers or express shipping options. You can find detailed shipping costs [here].
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to ensure our products reach you wherever you are.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, and delivery times vary by location:

Germany: 2-5 business days

International: 5-15 business days, depending on the destination
Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods or shortly after a new product release. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment through DHL's tracking system. If you encounter any issues, contact us at support@mutual-rytm.com.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If you contact us at support@mutual-rytm.com as soon as possible, we’ll try to update your address before the order is processed. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
What should I do if my package is lost or damaged during transit?
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@mutual-rytm.com with your order details. We will work with DHL to investigate the issue and find a solution. Please keep all damaged items and packaging, as they may be required for the claim process.
I received the wrong item – what should I do?
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@mutual-rytm.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
How do you ship posters?
Posters are shipped in protective tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Can I combine multiple items into a single shipment?
Yes, we can combine multiple items into a single shipment to help reduce shipping costs.
Can I change my shipping method or request express delivery?
Unfortunately, we only ship via DHL Premium Service and cannot offer alternative shipping providers or express shipping options.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you provide an incorrect shipping address, and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs. Please double-check your address before placing your order to avoid this issue.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. For more information, please refer to our return policy [here].
How do I return an item?
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In its original condition and packaging

Unused and without signs of wear

Accompanied by all original accessories and goodies
To return an item, please download and complete our returns form. If the return form is missing or incomplete, we may not be able to process your return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using insured delivery with a tracking number.
How long will it take for me to receive a refund?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive and process your return.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Do you accept returns for vinyl records with minor imperfections?
Vinyl records are checked before shipping. Slight variations in pressing or minor cosmetic imperfections (such as small seam splits or variations in vinyl color) do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for return.

Our music is available on all major streaming and digital platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, and Bandcamp.
For vinyl, you can find our releases in well-sorted record shops, on Discogs, and Bandcamp. Special editions are available exclusively through our webshop.
